Large herds of impala (Aepyceros melampus) drift along the Linyanti plains in northern Botswana. Here one is singled out looking inquisitively straight in the camera.
Once again the editors of Travel Photographers Network have picked several of our photos from the Botswana series and added them to their Member Showcase portfolio. We are very thankful for all this appreciation. One of the picked photos is the 'Impala, Linyanti Region'. This impala was singled out of the herd and portrayed with the typical curious and inquisitive look on its face, and after that it mingled with the others and took up grazing again.
